These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User") and Gali G, s. r. o., governing your access to and use of our digital products, services, and mobile applications.
- Intellectual Property and Content Origin: The Rosary Nations app contains religious texts, litanies, and prayers that represent traditional spiritual and cultural heritage (Public Domain). Gali G, s. r. o. explicitly claims no copyright over the historical and liturgical wording of these texts. The audiovisual content of the app, including graphic illustrations generated through Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and the user interface design, is provided in good faith without any explicit claim to exclusive copyright ownership of the generated visuals by a third party.
- Limited License: The User is granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the application on compatible devices, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Disclaimer: The applications and any related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gali G, s. r. o. explicitly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free operation of the application, or its absolute fitness for any particular purpose of the user.
